  • Having some interest in Mindfulness, I first joined Trisha Mc Keown's sessions on Zoom last September (2020). I have been very impressed by Trisha's professionalism, combining an introduction and reinforcement of meditation practices, with a real empathy and sensitivity. At all times, I felt confident in her ability to give me the useful tools to maximise my mental well-being, and therefore contribute to a more positive outlook on life.

  • Just a wonderful experience. After reading so much on mindfulness and trying many apps I decided to join one of Trisha’s online courses. Wow, what a difference it makes having someone explain mindfulness in detail and to work with you on a one to one level to find the practices that suit you! I love my little tool kit which they have become a part of my everyday life. Trisha is so supportive, understanding and has such a warm caring approach.
