4MSL is a niche ICT consultancy based in Norwich. We specialise in public sector and have done lots of work with schools, charities and healthcare. We have also worked with media organisations and other private sector companies. Our ethos is very much about getting the best for society – our rates recognise the financial situation facing the public sector today. We give some of our time away free to those organisations that need us but cannot afford us. Not too much as we do need to make a living, but enough to make a difference.
