My first boxers rule class with Rob tonight. Took his time showing me what today as a first timer and everyone else in class made me feel welcome and really encouraged me. The gym is well run and super clean.

Superb classes, great instructors and brilliant support throughout - no matter what level or fitness you're at or are trying to achieve. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

It is such a lovely place to go and work out. The spin bikes are high standard and always clean. The instructors are friendly and always on hand if you need them. Highly recommend it to anyone of any exercising standard.

I’ve been attending these classes since the beginning and have always enjoyed the variety and different times available. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. During this difficult time, I feel comfortable with the Covid Safe System in place. I would highly recommend this fitness centre; give it a try! 👍
