LG I have been participating in Raj's yoga classes for around 5 years. I find this class a great balance of physical exercise, and relaxation. I have started running in lockdown and find the class compliments this perfectly. Raj is always giving useful feedback to improve my yoga practice and gives options, so the individual can chose what level suits them. I always finish a class feeling stronger and completely relaxed. Raj has adapted her classes to work online fantastically. I find it really important for the classes to be live as you still feel part of the group.
