  • This gym is an absolute dream gym for strength enthusiasts. Top selection of barbells from AOA to Eleiko, quality plates and some uncommon but brilliant machines for performance focused training. Tom Hibbert is an unreal coach and resource for training knowledge!

  • The training plan and equipment are first rate. The interaction with the coaches is excellent with lots of positive feedback on technique and a genuine feeling that they want you to be the best you can be. The facility is world class, which matches the knowledge of the staff, I would highly recommend to anyone who has health and fitness goals.
