Join us in Courchevel this winter, one of the most incredible ski resorts in the world. In just ten weeks, you can become a ski instructor. You’ll explore some breathtaking terrain, make lifelong friends and develop invaluable skills that will last forever. You’ll be on the hill every day, living in a charming, traditional chalet conveniently located a few steps away from the bus stop, ski lifts, and the vibrant pulse of the town.
Get ready to elevate your skiing performance to new heights with our action-packed 10 Week ski instructor course in the world leading resort of Courchevel. This is a fabulous way to work towards your BASI ski instructor qualifications. Spend most of the winter season in one of the largest ski areas in the world, Les Trois Vallees, you are sure to have the experience of a lifetime.
You’ll be surrounded by the New Generation team of top coaches who are all internationally certified ski instructors, BASI Trainers, or Race and Freestyle coaches. These experts will take you on an exhilarating journey, helping you open the door to high performance skiing.
Joining our course means you are part of a working ski school. You will have plenty of opportunities to get an insight into the life of a professional ski instructor in one of the worlds best ski schools. Whether you dream of becoming a ski instructor or simply want to take your passion for skiing to new heights, we can’t wait for you to join us.
Despite being world-famous, the real Courchevel is a hidden gem in the French Alps. Many real skiers overlook the resort due to its 5* reputation and expensive mountain restaurants.
However, if you look beyond the fancy restaurants and cocktail bars, you’ll find a great seasonnaire community that loves to get fresh tracks, push boundaries and ski hard. With over 200 lifts the skiing is, quite possibly, the best in the world. The perfectly groomed blues and reds are the perfect place to crank it over and rip some high-speed carved turns and the steeper blacks offer a challenge for even the most experienced skiers.
We love Courchevel for it’s snow record which is helped by its mainly north-facing slopes. As you progress through your course as an internationally recognised ski instructor qualified through BASI, you’ll be amazed by how much you’ve improved in just 10 weeks.
Welcome to Chalet Lapierre!
A traditional French chalet in the heart of Le Praz, Courchevel. Just a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts, it offers easy access to the vibrant village and the expansive Three Valleys ski area.
With a cosy alpine feel and modern amenities, it’s your perfect winter home away from home. The entrance hall features a spacious ski room and professional boot heaters so you can start your day worry-free. On this level, there’s also a bedroom with an ensuite and garden access.
Head up the wide staircase to the heart of the chalet – the open-plan living/dining area. With traditional beam ceilings, sun terrace, balcony, and a large fireplace, it’s the ultimate space to relax. The kitchen, connected to the living area, is fully equipped with all the appliances you’ll ever need including a gas oven, a huge fridge and freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine.
Down the corridor, you’ll find a convenient communal toilet and two more bedrooms with ensuites and stunning mountain views. One even opens up to the sun terrace! Up the red stairway, the last two cosy bedrooms share a bathroom on the same level. Ensuite rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
