The BRAVE methodology helps you to find your voice and live by the principle of active, deliberate disagreement with which you can bring transparency into every level of your business. Our BRAVE identity comes out of a parent company ‘Well Prepared Training’. ‘Well Prepared Training’ already who have a solid reputation as a training provider. Over the past eight years, Well Prepared Training have been offering successful training courses covering leadership and self-development. The flagship ‘We are BRAVE’ programme incorporates BRAVE principles into Well Prepared Training’s existing core training, designed to help teams and individuals to champion change. BRAVE methodology transforms decision-making culture by taking the fear out of two things: disagreement and critical debate, and speaking up and being heard. BRAVE can currently be accessed in a number of ways; through training in a corporate setting, online via webinars and social media and, in the future, through other organisations such as schools.
