Can’t recommend highly enough! I was nervous before starting, but my first class was so fun and welcoming I never looked back. I’m enjoying fitness like never before, feel stronger and more confident in my body. All the instructors and staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and really good at what they do. Love!

Such an amazing place, the owner vicky is lovely, very down to earth and has created a really special environment where we can relax and enjoy ourselves. I have made a great bunch of friends though my classes and progressing through the levels. It has given me the best confidence ever and I am so thankful for everything all the instructors do to make this place so great! ❤️

Amazing studio and the teachers are great, helps with fitness so much and so quickly and very welcoming of anyone wishing to join, it's literally the best sport I've ever done 😁I always recommend it to all of my friends!

Wonderful pole and aerial arts school, with fabulous instructors who make you feel at ease instantly. Best fun I've ever had in an exercise classes and I'm now an addict.
