The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He really does need more training in how to speak to members. No doors on men's lockers. Been like this over a year. Coffee shop not always open!

Staff are frosty, unprofessional and genuinely make you feel unwelcome. The facilities are fine, the swimming pool on the cold side and not ideal if you are taking little ones. Other things to note.. cafe usually closed or limited menu, broken step going to the pool, very slippy floors.

The place is really nice. The pool, gym and grounds are lovely. It was such a shame that the receptionist felt the need to shout at a child for being in the sauna and a family for being in the pool at 12.31. I felt the frost on my arrival too.

Golf course was in excellent condition. No problems with the ham,egg and chips lunch. Quite nice but a bit of bread and butter would have made it better. Overall a very good day.

The gentleman's changing room for the swimming pool has had all the doors taken off. So you have nowhere safe to leave your personal belongings. The Sauna was not working, and you cannot get a drink in the cafe on a Sunday . But go to the Spike bar with the golfers. Obviously that's what they think of you.
