Had a half day swim workshop with them. It was really good and super informative. Tried out the endless pool with video analysis which was a great tool for assessing your swim technique. Staff are lovely and always helpful. Highly recommend.

Took my road bike for a service, having neglected it for years and needing a good bit of work done. The initial service sorted most issues, but some of the old parts I kept on it were still causing problems afterwards and it was hard to pin down the exact cause of the issues. I usually do most maintenance myself, and sometimes get frustrated when I do go to a shop and they can't tell you what they've done when returning the bike, or don't put in the effort to solve more tricky issues. Great service from Johny the Bike Mechanic. I wanted my TT bike upgraded from mechanical shifting to Sram AXS and Johny was on hand to provide me with all the options and gave me some great impartial advice in terms of components and was will to listen to all my requests, of which there was a few as I wanted a particular finish.
