A gathering to begin to explore your inner wisdom  through forest story.

Under-pinned by somatic intelligence, ancient breathwork practices, and enneagram wisdom teachings, we will allow the intrepid adventures of Little Red Riding Hood and the characters in her story  to be a mirror and a map for connecting with our own centres of intelligence. 

This is an opportunity to go into the world of forest story and to explore your intuitive creativity as a wisdom stream you can connect with  through your embodied presence!
