Great facility and delightful staff, all carefully coordinated for Covid protection. My grandson and I had a wonderful session.

My little girl had her first lesson tonight and I was so impressed. The pool is lovely, the staff were all great and the covid measures work really well.

Had a bad experience with rude behaviour. Our daughter was unable to attend classes we had booked on for, part way through the term because of an illness and subsequent appointments. We asked if we could book onto the following term instead, but the response was shocking. We were made to feel terrible about it. That they had been "holding the place for you and we now need to try and sell it for the remainder of the term." Keep in mind, we were already booking in to start 4 classes later than ...
