Description

Managing Difficult Conversations can be a challenge in an early years environment. This course outlines a 4 step process to make this easier for all involved.

You will complete the course feeling  prepared  and confident to lead  your next difficult conversation with a staff member.

The course can be delivered face to face ( with an additional cost for mileage out with West Lothian)

This course can also be delivered online.

The first part of the course is for 1hr and then we have a 30 minute follow up session within 3 weeks of your first session.

The follow up session allows the candidate to feedback from the work based project and to discuss what worked well and what would they do differently the next time.

We deliver this session on a one to one virtual platform or face to face. We can deliver to small groups but please contact us separately for costings.
