  • Nice well prepared course. Course is tightly packed in, but represents a nice parkland challenge. Very flat and a bit samey. The practice facilities were mixed, the range was ok but the practice putting green was poor and didn't represent the very good condition of the greens around the course. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my first experience of Darlington golf club and would go back.

  • Very pleasant to play considering it was winter I would like to play in summer again the course looked good greens good a bit slow but worth a visit

  • Attended a christening here staff were all very helpful, the food was really good serving a range of different things to suit everyone, including fruit scones with little lurpak butter and little pots of jam which was a pretty cool touch. Fairly big aswell lovely venue.

  • Played a round on a Tuesday around 11:00. £25 green fee plus £25 for buggy. Arrived around 09:00 and found the club house closed. On Tuesdays food isn't served until 10:30 which was disappointing. However I returned at 10:30 after visiting a local cafe. The female pro was very friendly and welcoming. The course itself is in really good condition. Best fairways I've played in a while. My only critism is the ground staff weren't very considerate when you're putting. Overall great value for ...
