If you're a fan of re-loving, re-purposing and re-using you're going to love our first-ever collaborative HOME event!

Jimmy's Homeware source and sell mid-century and vintage homeware items that focus on great design and everyday practicality, mainly online via Instagram and Facebook. 

Owner Zoe Grayson-Weir will be treating our workshop and living space to a makeover, setting up a pop-up shop to showcase her fabulous range of mid-century and vintage homewares in a home setting. Think glassware, ceramics, mirrors, artworks, tableware and decorative objects, all lovingly sourced and curated.

Everything Zoe displays will be available for purchase. A few, selected pieces from the other half of this local business Jimmy's Retro Furniture - run by Gavin, Zoe’s husband - may also make an appearance... (and in case you're wondering, Jimmy is their gorgeous family dog!)

Zoe will be putting her styling skills to good use for this one-off, home-based shopping event, and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. 

There will also be wee introductory chats by Lynn and Zoe; and specially-selected mini-workshop demos (details to be confirmed), so you can get a taste of the creative opportunities The Arienas Collective has to offer. All served up with complimentary bubbles and nibbles! 

Spaces are limited to allow for an enjoyable shopping experience. We've split the day into two sessions to create as many spaces as possible: an afternoon session from 1pm-4pm; and an evening session from 5pm-8pm. Please select your preferred time slot when booking.

Your £5 ticket price can be redeemed against any purchases valued at £50+ and paid for on the day, and includes a complimentary glass of fizz (non-alcoholic option available) and nibbles, plus access details to booking a free space on the workshop demo, which will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

The Arienas Collective workshops, private classes and events are run from a supportive and welcoming home-based environment within our Georgian mews home in Edinburgh’s City Centre New Town. We invite you to join us, leave any day-to-day worries behind, and immerse yourself in being creative.

PLEASE NOTE: Our workshop space is on the first-floor of a Georgian mews building and unfortunately we do not have lift access. The workshop space is in our home which is not nut free. Please let us know of any skin or food allergies before booking.

Wee workshop demonstrations

There will be an afternoon workshop demonstrating mosaic making, and an evening one featuring macramé. Attending the workshop demonstrations is optional. Spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. When you buy your event ticket, you will be emailed booking details.

Delivery

Smaller pieces purchased on the day can be taken home, larger pieces will be delivered at a mutually convenient time. Deliveries to Edinburgh addresses are free of charge.

Age restrictions

Our workshops, private classes and events are planned with adults in mind. Many are suitable for teenagers, but some may require under 14s to be accompanied for insurance purposes. Please check with us before booking. Any complimentary alcoholic drinks are served for those aged 18 and over only; a non-alcoholic option can be provided.
