  1. How to stay strong over 40? Welcome to How To Stay Strong Over 40 Free workshop! Thank you for joining to me for this workshop I'm very exited for this and really hope you'll find beneficial! You'll find push up progression for beginners and from the section from "push ups with lover support and advanced progression" you have some advanced tips! These aren't workouts these are the core of the program what if you follow minimum 2-3 times a week will be easy to step to the next level! At the end you can find a finishing workout where all we done you can see in one! Lets the fun start! Over 40 most of the people think there is no way to build strength stability and power already at this age what isn't true! Still you can build strength, lean muscles and with good quality of motion of range you can enjoy movements, and because life is movement this is an essential part of this course! Just like everything else more you practice better you'll be constant practice makes big different! If you are a person who is sitting a lot at work and feel difficult simple movements like a squat or push up please just follow the instructions and I'm sure with these details you'll feel movements easier soon! We'll start with full body mobility routine from nose to toes! I can recommend you to practice them even if not the full routine just a part of it makes big help! For example if you feel your shoulders are tight and stiff practice only that part but make sure to do every day! Why? Because you working on bigger motion of range with these full body mobility routine and after I'll show you how to use your body to get strength and how to use it when you need!
