We support individuals with learning disabilities, brain injuries, dementia and mental health issues through the therapeutic benefits of interacting with nature SweetTree Farming For All SweetTree Farming For All is a not-for-profit organisation that supports primarily the outreach programs and support for the farm environment. We use SweetTree Care Services to deliver our supported programs focused on our care farm. Our Aims Our aim is to give people the opportunity to expand their horizons and gain confidence without fear of judgement or discrimination, so they can continue to learn and grow for their whole lives Our Care Farm Our care farm and the developmental programmes we offer reach far beyond the farm boundaries. Projects and activities are designed so that each co-farmer has the opportunity to achieve their goals and gain skills Our unique support We provide through our farm and our outreach activities a unique opportunity for those with support needs to develop skills and healthy lifestyles through meaningful activities in beautiful settings
