Sunningdale Heath Golf Club

TBH, I have played this course many times. It is in the poorest condition as I have seen. Several temporary greens which are really just on the fairway with no attempt at preparation. Plus undeclared at booking. Not particularly good value at present, I hope it returns to its previous state.

This one came recommended and I could see why when I played it. Short course overall in the Harry Colt tradition with some punishingly long par-3s. Overall the course is well kept - the greens particularly so given the wet weather recently. Favourite holes probably the 9th and 13th. Pleasantly surprised at the courtesy shown by other players who latched on to my needing to get round! So would definitely recommend.

Lovely course with a very friendly membership. I played and invitational event here and had a great time. The course itself is a great test of your short game and you will improve your iron shots greatly if you play here regularly.

welcoming heathland course with tricky long par 3s, a few 4s, and a cool history. The Surrey Sandbelt turf is heavenly. Great way to beat jetlag after landing in the UK

Lovely looking (on the shorter end) full 18 course in great condition. Challenging longer par 3 holes creates the difficulty with heather strewn across various holes too. Few holes over the road and an 18th green about 10 metres from the clubhouse makes for nervy fun. Would definitely play again.
