A decadent experience - gin, chocolate, and cocktails. What more could you want?
You'll receive a welcome drink on arrival, followed by three mini gin cocktails, each paired with a different chocolate.
We'll explore each product's history, botanicals, and tasting notes, before finishing with a tasty gin cocktail.

Established in 2018, Summerhall Drinks Lab is a dedicated space for the Scottish drinks industry – serving both consumers through fun and interactive tasting sessions of spirits, wine, beer and cocktails, and also for the benefit of the Scottish Hospitality trade, by offering structured training programs, and a workspace for members of the licensed trade to learn in a safe, collaborative environment.
