Treating Customers Fairly or TCF is a set of rules and guidelines set out by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

This course covers everything you need to know regarding TCF. This course was developed alongside the Financial Services experts to help you take a practical and real-world approach to treat customers fairly. 

The course will look at the role of the Financial Conduct Authority and the enforcement of TCF and the six consumer outcomes and how they can impact a business every day.
