Who is this course for?

This course is suitable for any learner looking to develop and enhance their knowledge and understanding of project management in the workplace. Learners will learn about both the theory and practice of project management.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal qualifications required to undertake this course. Although, we would recommend that you have completed a Level 2 course before starting a Level 3. To secure your place please return the completed application form and send to info@stepintolearning.org.uk. After this, we will arrange an initial assessment with our tutor.

Why should I do this qualification?

If you want to develop your project management skills and understand how to manage projects efficiently and effectively.

What will I learn?

Learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of project management skills, which they will then be able to implement in their own workplace. The course will help learners understand the principles of project management, project management in relation to business and software that can be used to aid project management. The course units are as follows:

• Principles of project management
• Project management for a business
• Project management software

How will I be assessed?

This is an internally assessed qualification – the work carried out in each session is used to evidence completion of the qualification.
