Mentorship skills include active listening, providing constructive feedback, and offering guidance. Mentoring skills help individuals develop their professional skills and achieve their goals. They create the right environment for growth such as fostering safety and trust. Effective mentors provide guidance, support, and feedback to their mentees. This helps mentees navigate challenges and make progress in their careers

This course is suitable for any learner looking to develop and enhance their knowledge and understanding of mentoring skills in the workplace. Learners will learn about both the theory and practice of mentoring skills.

There are no formal qualifications required to undertake this course. To secure your place please return the completed application form and send to info@stepintolearning.org.uk. After this, we will arrange an initial assessment with our tutor.
