Who is First Aid for Mental Health Suitable for?

This mental health training is ideal for anyone who works with others. If you’re in management, lead a team or would like to be a workplace first-aider – building your understanding of mental health conditions will enable you to spot problems and signpost to professional help. 

What Will I Learn?

The qualification has been designed to enable you to recognise various mental health illnesses and be able to implement strategies such as a first aid action plan for mental health, along with developing the skills to better manage stress and have supportive conversations.
