Reiki Level 1 Degree - Shoden

A full day of learning about Reiki and Reiki energy with Reiki Master Monica.

This day will include:

✨ The History of Reiki

✨ An opening meditation to call in the Reiki energy 

✨ Self healing hand positions 

✨ Grounding & Protection techniques

and lots more 

✨ Finishing with an attunement and a closing meditation.

A brochure and a certificate will be provided.

There will also be a chance to attend Reiki circles here with Monica to continue and refine your practice.

ABOUT MONICA

Monica is an Usui & Karuna Reiki Master, Gong Master Practitioner and Qigong teacher. Also qualified in Reiki drumming, Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls and Aura & Chakra balancing, Monica is passionate about sharing energy and sound, local to Crowthorne she offers regular Reiki Circles and Sound Ceremonies at the studio as well as private healing sessions in both reiki and sound. 

Monica truly looks forward to sharing these special teachings with you.

THE STUDIO

Held at Sarvanga Yoga Studio in Wokingham. Set in a gorgeous semi-rural craft village we offer an abundance of weekly classes, monthly events and specialist workshops.
