What is the aim of your lab research?

This is 2 of 8 on-demand improving reproducibility series training sessions.

During this, Session 2, course tutor Dr Nikki Osborne will discuss:

• the different sources of information that you can use to inform your scientific ideas,
• what makes a good hypothesis and
• how experiments differ depending on whether they are hypothesis generating or hypothesis testing.

Nikki also shares freely available tools and resources to provide individuals with additional support to develop their knowledge, understanding and skills further. 

Participants will receive:

• One-time only access to recorded content with controls to pause &/or rewind the session if required.
• Access to download session handouts to keep for future reference.
• Access to an exit quiz to check knowledge & understanding of the key learning outcomes.
• A certificate of attendance that can be used to record 1 hours CPD.

Approx Duration - 60 mins.
