One to one coaching consultation for dating or relationships

Description

Have an hour's consultation on Zoom with Rachel to discuss your coaching needs. In this first session, you will talk about your dating and relationship history, what kind of relationship you want, your relationship needs, and how you feel about yourself. Rachel will talk about her approach to coaching and you can explore together ways of working and agree a possible programme of coaching if you are ready. Even if you decide not to have any more coaching, this initial session will be very valuable in helping you clarify what you need.

The purpose of coaching is to make your dating or relationship life more enjoyable, healthy and empowered. 

It is suitable for people who are dating or in a relationship, whether you want to enhance your relationship or want to re-evaluate it.

You will get to arrange a time for your consultation once you have completed your application form.

Rachel aims to work with all ages, genders, sexual preferences, ethnicities, abilities and backgrounds.

Please note that this initial exploratory consultation is £65, and subsequent sessions are £70. There are package deals available which can be discussed in the first session.
