• How does your Xero Training work?

  Our Xero Training Day Visit sessions are designed to provide you and/or your team with a rich bespoke immersive Xero training experience. 

  1) We start by identifying your key problems or errors in Xero. Some of these may be known, or it could be that we need to delve a bit more to find out the root causes.

  2) Then, we discuss how you're using Xero & dealing with things at the moment, to truly understand where you're at (and also uncover some quicker ways of achieving what you need!)

  3) Then, we'll discuss your desired outcomes for the session and your goals moving forward, so we focus on the most important things first.

  4) Our bespoke Xero Training session is based on your outcomes & goals. By working on your Xero & using your data, this creates a unique & immersive training experience!

  5) If you want to optimise your use of Xero in the future, let's develop a plan of action moving forward (such as going through other core Xero features, or hooking up an add-on). Let's get Xero to deal with more & more processes for you!

  Our Short Sessions are designed to be just that - Short! Let’s get your Xero issue fixed, or let’s have a quick walk through of using the main features in Xero if you’re new to it.

  Yes we do! Our Xero Consulting sessions can take place over Zoom, phone call or in person (if you’re not too far away from us!) and typically last for 1 hour.

  We can both log on to your Xero at the same time & go through any queries you may have.
