Overview

This course is designed to provide delegates with awareness in the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and how it may affect them, their colleagues, and their employer.

Under the COSHH Regulations, employers must provide sufficient information, instruction, and training so that employees are fully aware of the risks to health from exposure and the precautions they need to take.

If you are an employer, self-employed or in control of work premises you will have duties under RIDDOR.

Reporting accidents at work and ill health at work is a legal requirement.

This course includes the Health and Safety Legislation and associated guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
