Awful!! Never ever put any of your relatives in their care!! They’re the worst carers in the world!

Initial appointment cancelled but not made aware until waiting for nearly an hour at the agreed hospital despite travelling for 30 mins to get there. Then nothing but rude, arrogant and condescending staff on a number of phone calls to re-book and raise my concerns. Follow up appointment has a 30 minute delay but no communication prior so I could have arrived later.
