Professional Coaching Skills - ACTIVE Coaching® (Classroom)

Our unique 2 day classroom-based masterclass in practical Coaching, using the ACTIVE Coaching®  system will provide powerful, effective coaching skills and techniques to un-lock employee potential, improve motivation as well as build self-confidence.  In addition, it will provide participants with the confidence, skills and techniques to conduct coaching effectively, as well as provide life skills for personal use.

This highly interactive programme utilises engaging online applications and tools with active slides, exercises, case-studies, practical examples, and associated video clips; as well as group discussions around the topic areas to ensure learning.  In addition, a ‘Coaching Styles’ profile will be used, with individual development report and feedback provided by the Course Tutor.

The main daily sessions will include:

Day 1:

• Differences in Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling
• ‘Coaching Styles’ – Profile assessment
• Key Coaching models and principles: ACTIVE Coaching® system
• Solution focused strategies & creating Powerful Coaching questions

Day 2:

• Feedback of your online Coaching Styles profile and individual report
• Conducting a successful coaching session
• Giving powerful and actionable feedback,
• Practical group discussion and exercise,
• Feedback and Review, Next Steps

Delivery:

Tutor led, highly interactive, engaging content utilising relevant exercises, case-studies, practical examples, and associated video clips; as well as facilitated group discussions around the topic areas to ensure and embed learning.

Throughout the workshop there will be a number of guided, practical 1-2-1 peer-to-peer coaching sessions with constructive feedback by the Facilitator.
