New class for Autumn 2023!! Stronger body & freedom for the mind from the new Fusion technic class!
Ready for the new term??
We are!!
On 25th of September our new class will start!
Class that will look the technical exercises in different way and levels. Inspiration from Ballet, Contemporary dance technics. Helping us to strengthen our leg alignments, core and upper back support. Enjoy of freeing the mind, finding more confidence for yourself and getting stronger body.
Every month will be a different theme, but the structure will go more:
- week 1 doing the exercises more inspired from floor barre, doing them on floor level.
- week 2 doing them more standing using "barre", more inspired from ballet barre.
- week 3 doing them more released way, inspired from released based contemporary dance technic.
- week 4 having a contemporary dance choreography class.
What you will get from Technic classes:
- Strengthen your core and posture.
- Work on leg alignments.
- Improve your balance.
What is new?
-When you book the live class you get also the recording, so if you miss the class you get to catch up with the recording!!

Pirita Tuisku is a Finnish dance artist. She has been working as a Dancer, Choreographer and Teacher in Finland, Scotland, South Africa, Hong Kong. Versatile artist has already over 17 years of experience working in different fields in dance. Her passion is to create work that will engage with audience, emerge with different art forms and bring alive topics from daily life.
Her Dance training background is versatile (Contemporary dance, Latin Styles, Street styles, Jazz, Tap). From her classes she hopes everyone to get confident with their dancing and find their joy from dancing. "There are no mistakes, only good solos!" -is slogan you will hear her saying in the class.
She loves how dance brings people together from differetn cultures and countires and now more then ever in online platform!!
Now also you will have chance to get her in your livingroom and connect with her wide Dance community!!
