Paid the deposit for an intensive driving course back in July for my daughter. It's now December and no one has been in contact to book the lessons. Trying to contact Pass Faster is futile. I am starting to think I have been scammed.

My daughter had 40 hours and wasn't put in for the test. Since then she has been messed around by the original instructor. Four left phone messages, and one email, requesting a call back. 2K down and a daughter who can't drive. OK taking the money, not so good with the support when needed.

My start of the journey with this company, was great - at first Sonia responded to all of my queries in no time and we have quickly agreed on the driving course package. The timing was tight due to test date being a month away and me having availability late in the evenings during the week and slightly better availability during the weekends.
