  • I have taken online yoga lessons from Linda for a few months. I’ve had a few issues with a long term back injury and her gentle yoga really helped ease the discomfort and improve my flexibility. I also found them to be very relaxing too. I would say her yoga lessons are especially helpful for seniors, as she has so much anatomy knowledge to offer to the older person, who may have picked up a few injuries over the years and needs to be careful.

  • Linda’s classes are always a wonderful experience. She creates a warm, relaxing, and friendly atmosphere. The wealth and depth of her knowledge is fantastic. She focuses equally on mind and body, and I always feel totally relaxed and de-stressed after my yoga session.

  • I had a Zoom yoga session with Linda, and I come out feeling totally relaxed, but also like I’ve had a really good, strengthening workout and stretch. I felt amazing afterwards. Linda really helps you to focus on your breath and has taught me a few different yogic breathing methods to help cope with stress, which I have a lot of in my work. She is also welcoming, calm, and really knowledgeable too. Highly recommend to all.
