The workshop is interactive and interspersed with practical exercises and role-play scenarios. There is a particularly useful team negotiating exercise which is both fun and challenging. At the end of the course you should be fully prepared to tackle your next negotiation!
Participants should come to the workshop prepared to discuss past or forthcoming negotiations and these may be used in class exercises. Confidentiality will be honoured in all cases.
