Mini First Aid Early Years Class in Gloucester

In this Early Years Mini First Aid Workshop, we help little ones aged 3-6 years to understand what is happening to their bodies if they are hurt, where does blood come from, why do you get a lump if you bang your head. We want to help them not be distressed when a grown up insists on a cold pack and sitting out of an activity after a head bump. We will also hear a story about a brave accident prone little boy in our book the Mini Adventures of Freddie. All attendees will receive a certificate, stickers and a workbook included in the booking price. Please bring along your child's favourite doll or teddy for them to use as a casualty. Children will be using plasters during this session so please also let us know if your child has any allergies to plasters. For on-going promotion, we may take photographs/videos of your child participating. Please let us know if you would prefer for your child not to be included. As part of this we are encouraging the children to learn the first line of their address in case they ever have to call for help. You may wish to help practice this with your child before the session.
