Learn the art of Foot reflexology
Over 2 days you will learn a reflexology routine, how to read the feet, how to thumb walk and essential movements.
Once enrolled you be sent a copy of your manual, where you will learn or recap on your anatomy and physiology, learn the history of reflexology, consultation techniques and aftercare advice as well as contra-indications and contra-actions.
You should sign up at least 10 days before attending your the practical sessions. This gives you the opportunity to go through the theory.
