Excellent response and service. Supplied 2 bikes for myself and my partner and really good guidance about the best places to go and we had a brilliant day. The bikes were ready and waiting for us and were well serviced. Very friendly welcome. Would definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Went in to buy a 26" wheel bike so that I could put an electric wheel on it. The guy showed me 2 bikes and said they were 26" wheels. I bought 1 of them but when I got it home I found out it was not a 26" wheeled bike. I went back the next day and he refused to give me a refund, he said "But you were going to change the wheel."

Great service and good quality bikes. Kemo was super helpful. Easy to ride down to Ramsgate and back. Nice day out by the coast. Highly recommended!
