Learn all you need to know to make beautiful lined and interlined hand made curtains. At the end of the 3 days you will take home your own sample curtains to keep and use as a reference point for future projects.

• How to measure correctly 

• Calculating fabric requirements for your project

• Options for materials and their suitability for your project

• Dealing with pattern matching and pattern placement

• Cutting out fabric

• Interlining

• Mitres

• Interlined mitres

• Attaching linings

• Headings - pencil pleat; goblet; double/triple pleats.. 

Includes:

• Off road parking

• Hot drinks and biscuits throughout the day

• Full set of notes and instructions for future reference

• All fabric and equipment to produce a sample curtain - all you need to bring is lunch.

• Use of all equipment in the workshop, and advice on equipment needed for home use.
