Unschooling Retreat

Our first ever Unschooling Retreat day!!

Nancy Evans from NancyEvansCoaching and I are joining together to offer a unique therapeutic day with an unschooling twist. This day is not only designed so that you can connect with other unschooling families but will also help you reconnect with yourself and equip you to maintain that connection when you return home. 

Located in a beautiful annex you can join us for a relaxed time of chat, sharing, nourishment and rest. There will be the chance to participate in mindfulness practices such as a grounding exercise, experience the sacred ritual of a cacao ceremony, journaling and meditation. 

The retreat is designed to give you a chance to take a pause to connect deeper with yourself, practice being present in the moment, and tune into your own sensations, thoughts, and emotions. It will leave you with a fresh perspective on your own self and a deeper understanding of your needs.

This beautiful day is happening on Saturday 18^th May in Horsham, West Sussex. We will gather together at 10am and begin your time with tea and chat as you arrive (other refreshments will be available), be guided through the day by your hosts, including the provision of a delicious plant based lunch and draw a close about 4pm.

The location is easily reached by car or train, and we would be delighted to welcome you there.

Nancy Evans is a certified Addictive Behaviours Specialist, Life Coach, and certified practitioner of Compassionate Inquiry, possessing the experience and skills to guide you, with love and compassion. A fellow unschooling parent to three children she is able to bring her own lived experience and understanding gently into our time together. 

Heidi Steel is an parent to four always unschooled children and is passionate about bringing the therapeutic nature of unschooling to your own life in order that can navigate unschooling for the long haul.
