Have you ever wondered, ‘what about me?’ or, ‘when do I get to do what I want?’

When we live a life and parent using a child centred approach it is not uncommon when it might be our turn to do what we want!

As the adult you are often putting yourself on hold so that your child is able to have their needs met, their preferences provided, and the things that they want to do realised.

As mothers you give and give and give and it is not uncommon to give to the point of frustration or exhaustion.

I am calling ‘Enough!’
