This RSPH Level 2 in Understanding HACCP course introduces the concept of HACCP which helps the learner to develop an understanding of hazards, controls, monitoring and corrective action procedures for which they may be directly responsible in order to ensure effective food safety.

Assessment method: 20 multiple choice questions

This RSPH Level 2 in Understanding HACCP training course is delivered online with the trainer.
You will attend training via a video conferencing platform.
All the materials you need for the course will be emailed to you, or for a small fee, course material can be posted to you, if you do not have a printer.
The exam will then be scheduled within a few days of the course completion.
The exam is taken in person at our office in Clapham Junction.
