Dialectical Behaviour Therapy ( DBT) is a form of cognitive psychotherapy, designed to treat people with borderline personality disorders and mental health illnesses. DBT is often used to treat individuals who self-harm, abuse drugs or have suicidal tendencies. The Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Diploma Course is an exploration of DBT theory and an introduction to the role of a DBT therapist.
