The Construction Cost Estimation Diploma provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of construction management and cost estimation, including the role of cost estimators, new aspects of cost estimation, cost management, and material management for construction. The course covers the key elements and factors influencing cost estimation in the construction industry. By the end of the course, learners will have gained expertise in management of material for construction, site investigation, and site organization.

The Architectural Studies course covers a wide range of architectural styles and movements, including ancient architecture, classical and early Christian architectural styles, Gothic architectural styles, and modern and post-modern architectural styles. The course also includes modules on interior designing, colour, and lighting in interior design. By the end of the course, learners will have gained a comprehensive understanding of architectural studies and developed skills in interior designing.
