  • Purchased PRINCE2 Agile combo course. For approx 3-4 weeks after purchasing the course, I was trying to obtain the essential textbook (which is referred to during the online content). I was bounced around between ILX to Axelos and back again. Eventually (weeks later) ILX advised “Axelos had changed their rules" and wasn't their fault. To try and get on with the course I tried to buy the book online via eBay personally (turned out to be in German so has to go back). Eventually (almost 2 months...

  • I did a project management course. the course materials were full of errors. we used it as an example of what happens when there is a lack of quality control. time management by the trainer was poor. he wasted lots of time giving endless personal anecdotes at the beginning of the day, then had to rush through content at the end of each day, so we did not have time to answer the practice exam questions. Many days were more like a personal therapy session for him rather than an actual training...
