Hi, I'm Johannes Moeller. I've got a background in social enterprise and community business, and have initiated the Sustainable Fashion Streets project.

About me

My journey began as a co-founder of Edventure Frome, an award-winning community business in Frome, Somerset UK. I spent a decade leading the organisation, where we poured our hearts into supporting young people, individuals, and community teams in setting up enterprises that tackled social and environmental issues that mattered to local people. We teamed up with all sorts of local organisations, from tiny grassroots groups to our Town Council and Medical Centre.

Under the Edventure umbrella, I kickstarted more than 20 social enterprises. Some of these creations, like the pioneering library of things 'Share' and the first-ever Community Fridge in the UK, ignited a spark that led to over 200 community fridges popping up all over the country.

I am also a certified social enterprise advisor and social value practitioner, and can put on my hat as a strategy and funding consultant.

Here's what drives me: I've always believed that both individuals and organisations have the power to steer us toward a fairer, more resilient and sustainable future. It's the combination of diverse initiatives that'll help us carve out a new economy—one that serves people and our precious planet.
