Hathern Band

As a nation we should be very proud of our village and community brass bands. These bands allow for anyone (young or old) to play music, whatever your proficiency. Hathern is one such band. It takes in youngsters. Provides them an instrument and instruction in a safe environment. Costs involved for parents are modest. There are several bands under the Hathern banner, starting with beginners through to their competing ‘senior’ band. Great bunch of people, too. Long may it thrive.
