Having worked in a support role for a decent sized employer in the UK for over a decade, we KNOW that this is a challenge for many: a silent struggle that often goes untackled, unsupported and unresolved. Worse still, this is not a status quo without cost. It costs teams, departments and businesses in lost talent, efficiency and poor mental health. It costs YOU too; stress, anxiety, overwork and challenging relationships.

We know there's a better way and we'd like to share the core concepts with you! We won't be telling you what to do; that won't work. What we will be doing is sharing insights, tools and strategies that will allow you to build your confidence and develop your own 'tool kit' for the trickier conversations in your life.

This is an interactive workshop to give you the opportunity to think, explore and share your challenges and thoughts. You'll work in very small groups and we'll be considerate and respectful of personal preferences throughout.
