Just seen Gemma as my neck pain has been awful, she was great, really helped me, very professional and knows her stuff, will definitely be back to see her.

Had pt sesssions with Gemma in 2019 /2020 then covid but Gemma went above and Beyond to make sure I still got my sessions in by providing out door sessions ( when you was aloud ) she really boosted my confidence in the gym ! Had a massage with Gemma not to long ago it was amazing !! I felt really relaxed during the session will be booking in for more soon
