Each of these day workshops allows you to explore a new skill and completely immerse yourself in creativity. With beautiful surroundings, a highly experienced tutor and endless tea we know you wont want to leave our lovely Severn Studio at the end of the day! But you can be sure that you'll take with some treasures and memories that you'll cherish.
The full day will enable you to feel confident enough in the process to keep it up when you are at home.
There is a maximum of 4 students per course so there will be lots of help and time to create your beautiful pieces. Bigger groups can be accommodated at a larger studio close by.

Do I need to bring anything?
You don’t need any experience or anything other than practical clothes. But you could bring ...
• Inspiration, your own sketchbook, photos you like, a beautiful object (little treasures are perfect for silver courses) or just an open mind!
• A camera or camera phone if you’d like to record the process & share ideas

All your tools & materials are included as well as endless tea & coffee!

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 0930hrs
Morning Workshops last for 3 hours & finish at approx. 1230hrs.
If you are on a full day workshop we will stop for lunch when it fits with your projects and will finish at approx. 1530hrs
Do you allow kids?
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

From my studio in the beautiful Shropshire Hills I strive to inspire students to learn new and exciting crafts. With more 18 years experience in teaching and a passion for creating it's all about the joy of helping others learn new skills. With such a variety of courses, I believe there is something for everyone whatever their experience or interests. From short taster workshops to advanced courses and artist retreats you can try new things or delve into immersive learning in your favourite craft. The studio is full of treasures to inspire you and there's always the amazing countryside as soon as you open the studio door. Come and explore the wonder of creating and leave with new skills and a passion for making.
All possible precautions are taken to ensure you can safely enjoy your workshop. Numbers have been limited and mixing groups is avoided wherever possible. Everyone has their own tools and equipment sets provided whenever possible. Group equipment (e.g. kiln) is cleaned regularly. Hand sanitiser is available for all participants. All ablutions have an external doors, are individual facilities and are cleaned regularly. Feel free to wear a mask in the workshop. If you have experienced any Covid symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone that has, please stay at home.
