With over 12 years of experience, we have supported hundreds of children, young people and their families. Our experience is embedded within the educational field, in particular with those children and young people who have been permanently excluded from mainstream school environments, those at risk of exclusion and those who have experienced trauma or disruption to emotional health and development. ​ We strive to create positive experiences through evidence based research and psychosocial interventions to nurture children, young people and families. The aim is to provide a platform to encourage learning for those who experience adversity, strengthening resilience and motivation to flourish, advancing individual welfare and wellbeing. We have had the absolute pleasure of working with some of the most inspiring children and young people, often vulnerable, challenging and misunderstood. Our main focus is around anxiety, emotion recognition and regulation, aiming to enhance and improve behaviours in home, learning and community environments.
